As we reflect on 2025, we are grateful for the people, partnerships, and communities that shaped the year. The work we contributed to and the recognition that followed were made possible through collaboration, trust, and shared goals.

AIA Columbus Honor Award: Girl Scouts STEM Leadership Center

Throughout the year, we worked alongside dedicated clients, consultants, builders, and community leaders who care deeply about the spaces they serve. One such project was the Girl Scouts of Ohio’s Heartland AEP Foundation STEM Leadership Center + Maker Space, designed to support curiosity, learning, and connection. Recognition from AIA Columbus for this project was meaningful because it reflected the collective effort behind it.

Leadership Recognized

In 2025, our firm also received recognition at the leadership level when our COO, Bharat Baste, was named COO of the Year by Columbus Business First. This acknowledgment reflects a leadership approach grounded in collaboration, care, and long-term relationships, values that influence how we work with clients and partners every day.

Continuing Our Commitment to Public and Community Architecture

Much of our work this year focused on public and community-driven projects across Ohio. These projects are shaped by listening, problem-solving, and close coordination with stakeholders to create practical, durable, and welcoming spaces. We are thankful for the trust placed in us and for the opportunity to contribute to environments that serve people in meaningful ways.

Looking Ahead

As we close out 2025 and begin 2026, we remain thankful for the partners, consultants, builders, and communities who collaborated with us throughout the year, as well as the team members who bring care and thoughtfulness to every project. We look forward to continuing this work together in the year ahead.
