East Village

East Village is a student housing project located south of the OSU Campus in the Weinland Park neighborhood of Columbus. The project was completed in 2 phases. Phase 1 comprised of 2 buildings measuring 44,495 sf and housing 48 residential and 2 commercial units. Phase 2 comprised of 4 buildings measuring 34,196 sf and housing 24 apartments and 10 townhouses.
