Wonderland is a collection of like minded people that are different, the program is a collection of different spaces that have the same goal, creative synergy. The building is a microcosm, a community, a city district. The success of a community or city district is based on the merit of the buildings and the spaces between them. Contained objects follow the same rules, their success is the combination of the objects and the spaces between them.

Wonderland is a collection of distinct programmatic “buildings” within a container. The success of the project lies in the unique expression of each building and the quality of spaces between them, to create and engender a synergetic community of creatives. The “buildings” consist of Artist Studios, Exhibition Spaces & Galleries, Recording Studio, Rehearsal Studios, Performance Spaces, Office Spaces, Retail Spaces and Movement Studio. This project is unbuilt.
