Sunny Day Academy - Gahanna

Sunny Day Academy is a chain of early childhood learning centers in the Central Ohio region. The Gahanna facility is the third location and first new built facility being designed as a prototype for future locations. The project involves the design of a new building, complete with interior design in accordance with branding.

BBCO deployed a 2 bar strategy for this project that maximizes the amount of exterior daylight to interior spaces, provides ample exterior exits from each classroom and
allows for easy reconfiguration based on site constraints for future locations.
