Department of Neighborhoods

This involved the renovation of an existing 16,000 sf 2-story building for the Department of Neighborhoods and the 311 Call Center.

The 311 Call Center has an open office plan with 3 private offices, a conference room, and break room, as well as new restrooms.

The Department of Neighborhoods houses several private offices, two conference rooms, a break room with kitchenette, restroom renovations and a lobby waiting area. It involved an update to all the HVAC and electrical systems in the building, including the addition of a new generator.
