Process

BBCO Design, holding true to the company philosophy of efficient practices, continuously strives to find the most creative and responsive manner to design projects.

The BBCO team is composed of individuals who share the belief of performing each task to the highest standard.  We are detail oriented, thorough, and are constantly striving to advance our efficiency and innovation.  Our fluid and communicative environment allows us to not only work well as a team, but also to be ready and responsive to the needs of our clients.  We encourage active participation and personal development both within our office activities and the community at large.

We continuously strive to find the most efficient and effective manner in which projects are designed and developed both in-house and along with clients, consultants and partners. We believe in planning and scheduling projects carefully, diligently following work plans and anticipating and effectively addressing any issues and conditions often encountered on complex projects. This extends to the manner in which we produce design and construction documents and help administer projects during construction.

Our design process relies substantially on the use of 3D models as both a visualization tool to aid us and our clients during the design process, as well as for the production of final construction documents. Color renderings are an integral part of our approach to help the entire project team better visualize the project. Our models are built to construction drawing accuracy during all phases of a project to ensure that what you see in an image is as close to what our clients would get as a finished, built product.

We have a proven track record of working very effectively with local area review and zoning commissions and code officials in producing designs and documents that meet and exceed community guidelines and code compliance.
